Conference Registration Guidelines
- Paper Publication Requirements: Authors must pay the full regular registration fee by September 30, 2026, to guarantee publication. Reduced rates (e.g., student registrations) do not qualify as regular registrations and cannot be used to cover paper publications.
- Multi-Paper Policy: One full regular registration covers exactly ONE paper. A second paper requires an additional paper fee for the same author. A third paper requires a completely new full regular registration fee.
- Key Registration Deadlines: The Early-Bird registration deadline is October 10, 2026. Standard online registration closes on November 1, 2026. After this date, participants must register on-site.
- Cancellation and Refund Policy: Written cancellation requests must reach the ISESC office by October 17, 2026. Approved refunds will be processed after the conference. A processing fee of US$ 50.00 (HK$ 400) will be charged.
- Absentee Materials: Registered participants who cannot attend will receive their eligible proceedings, seminars on USB, and materials via mail. These will ship within 30 days after the conference concludes.
